* Our vegan cake batters contain:  All-purpose flour, organic sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, Madagascar vanilla extract or Madagascar vanilla paste, almond milk or soy milk, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, natural cocoa powder (for dark chocolate and Red Velvet Cake)

* Our vegan frosting contains: all-vegetable non-hydrogenated shortening, organic sugar, Madagascar vanilla extract or Madagascar vanilla paste, dairy-free dark chocolate, illy coffee powder, and strong illy espresso, lemon extract, and lemon zest.

* Our buttercream are made with real butter.

We bake with licensed from Riverside County Public Health. We make all our cake batters, ganache, fruit curds, compotes, syrups, and buttercream entirely from scratch. We do this because we believe in tradition, and because your celebration deserves the very best.
